Refund policy

At Aura Essential UK, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns and refunds work.

Your right to cancel You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason. To cancel, simply contact us at auraessentialuk@gmail.com with your order number.

Returning an item Once you’ve told us you’d like to return an item, you have 14 days to send it back to us. Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all accessories included.

Return shipping costs Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item you received was faulty, damaged, or incorrect — in which case we will cover the cost of return and provide a full refund or replacement.

Refunds Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear in your account.

Faulty or damaged items If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a full refund or free replacement, and you will not be responsible for any return shipping costs.

Non-returnable items For hygiene reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return once opened or used. Any such exclusions will be clearly stated on the individual product page.

Delivery delays As some of our products are shipped from international suppliers, delivery may occasionally take longer than the estimated 5–8 business days. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will investigate promptly.
